Can you add AI to our existing Zoho setup?
Yes. Most of our AI work plugs straight into the Zoho apps you already run — CRM, Desk, Creator and more — using Zoho Zia plus external models like OpenAI where it makes sense.
Do you build apps outside the Zoho ecosystem?
We do. Zoho Creator is our fastest route for most business apps, but we also build custom web apps and API integrations when your requirements go beyond low-code.
Do you use ChatGPT / OpenAI or only Zoho's AI?
